Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services under licensed supervision and help design individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities. The role supports daily living skills and crisis prevention as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include service planning, linkage to interventions, and coordinating healthcare and behavioral health services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant field experience.
Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
