Job summary

You will collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress with data collection, adjust plans as needed, and help individuals achieve greater independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with behavioral challenges in clinical or community settings.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP requirements and Chapter 6400 Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans based on assessment data and best practices.
• Provide direct support and training to clients to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to stay current with behavioral support methodologies.
