Qualifications

• Knowledge of PA ODP requirements and Chapter 6400 regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans based on assessment data.
• Provide direct support and training to clients to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
