Job summary

Living Innovations Support Services, LLC seeks a Behavioral Support Clinical Specialist to transform lives through compassionate, person-centered strategies and collaborative care. You will create and implement Positive Support Plans, working with individuals to foster independence and growth within safe, ethical settings.

The role involves coordinating with clinicians, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure unified, person-centered care across sites.

Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure.
Master of Social Work (MSW) pursuing LMSW or Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW).
BCBA or Candidate pursuing full certification.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance for occasional travel between regional sites.
Strong judgment, high discretion, and understanding of positive behavioral principles and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Empower Individuals: Conduct observations and FBAs to translate needs into Positive Support Plans.
Uplift Support Teams: Train, mentor, and consult with direct care teams on complex cases.
Collaborate for Whole-Person Care: Work with psychiatrists, speech pathologists, guardians, and families for holistic growth.
Elevate Quality & Advocacy: Review behavioral plans for safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate Growth: Lead specialized support groups to build connection and peer community.
