Job summary

Heartland ABA offers part-time positions to individuals who will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record data, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with afternoon or evening hours available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance effectiveness.
