Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time ABA technicians to deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, working closely with families and a BCBA supervisor.

No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain real-world experience in applied behavior analysis for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Support treatment effectiveness through teamwork with the clinical team.
