• University level coursework or work experience in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support in residential, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior support plans.
• Collect behavioral data and monitor progress.
• Help individuals develop skills and greater independence.
• Work closely with our clinical and residential teams.
