Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting personal goals, administering medications, planning meals, assisting with daily living, transporting to day programs, and reinforcing therapies.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or a degree/certification related to behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to be certified in enhanced behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to address the wants and needs of people with developmental disabilities, including supporting personal goals.
• Administering medications.
• Planning and preparing meals.
• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Transporting to and from day program and community outings.
• Reinforcing therapies (speech, behavioral, physical therapy).
• Ensuring needs are addressed with dignity and personal choice.
• Completing and maintaining required documentation on a web-based system.
