Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist to join our behavioral health team. The role involves providing Therapeutic Behavioral Services, developing treatment plans, and supporting individuals within the assigned area.

Responsibilities include linkage, crisis prevention, and working with clients or groups. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or a high school diploma or 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

$18.20-$20.90 per hour ( M-F with some flexibility)
