You will work with a planning team to ensure trauma-informed, person-centered approaches align with our mission. The role requires a Master’s in Psychology and MD licensure, with supervision of Behavior Technicians and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology required.
• Licensed as Psychological Associate by Maryland Board of Psychology.
• Meets all minimum requirements for licensure in Maryland.
• Basic knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population.
• Ability to administer, score, and interpret various psychological tests.
• Ability to handle case load with varying levels of disability and need.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for frequent travel between work sites.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and monitors individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Continually collaborates with the planning team to promote positive outcomes.
• Provides training, coaching, and ongoing support to direct support professionals and teams.
• Supervises and supports Behavior Technicians.
• Maintains required behavioral documentation and service records.
• Consults with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams on behavioral needs.
