Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, ESE, or related field; preference: BCABA certification; or master’s degree in ABA/psych/ESE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess maladaptive behaviors by developing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
• Develop and update behavioral procedures and data collection systems for reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Provide technical assistance to staff in maladaptive behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Attend Interdisciplinary Team meetings (LRC, IPP, active treatment, psychiatry) as a behavioral services representative.
• Assist with token store operations (stocking, shopping for items, preference assessments).
• Provide technical assistance to providers represented by other professionals.
• Review progress of maladaptive behavior reduction programs.
• Provide support for individual or group counseling related to resident needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education
