Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA, Positive Behavior Supports, or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus.
• RBT certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (required within 3 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) customized to each child's unique needs.
• Coach, train, and model positive behavioral techniques to staff.
• Collect, manage, and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plans.
• Assist with conducting functional assessments and updating individualized plans.
• Respond confidently to behavioral crises and support safety interventions.
• Coordinate clinics, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
