Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Knowledge of ABA, Positive Behavior Supports, or Trauma-Informed Care is a plus.
  • RBT certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (required within 3 months of hire).
