Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• BCaBA/BCBA certification highly recommended.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with children or developmental needs.
• Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Knowledge of behavioral principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and participate in intake decisions.
• Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and use of behavioral data.
• Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to behavioral staff.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, treatment providers, and families.
• Lead and supervise behavior staff, including hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Offer on-call behavioral consultation and crisis support.
• Build relationships with families and community stakeholders.
• Evaluate program outcomes and suggest continuous improvements.
