Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports in Wichita seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions as part of a clinical team, promoting independence and positive behavior.

No prior ABA experience is required; training is provided. These part-time roles offer afternoon/evening hours, same-day pay options, and flexible scheduling to gain real-world experience in psychology.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6‑month commitment to change our clients lives.
