Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. All positions start off part-time with opportunities to grow, and candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

We seek people willing to make a 6‑month commitment to transform lives. No prior ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent entry point into psychology and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
