Cambrian Homecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator – Behavioral Respite in Long Beach, CA. You will join a collaborative team serving high-needs clients, ensuring staffing, coordination, and responsive service delivery.

This role requires strong organization, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and experience in ABA or related behavioral health fields. A fast-paced environment offers teamwork, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Behavioral health experience: 2+ years in ABA or related fields.
• Coordination & customer service: scheduling, service coordination, or phone-based duties.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & coverage coordination for clients with behavioral needs.
• Client, family & caregiver communication with scheduling updates and service details.
• Review behavior plans and client requirements to support caregiver placement decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support service delivery.
• Monitor authorized service hours and staffing needs; assist with onboarding new referrals.
• Maintain scheduling records and client updates in company systems.
