Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator – Behavioral Respite in Long Beach, CA. You will support a specialized program serving individuals with behavioral challenges, coordinating highly trained caregivers and ensuring responsive service delivery.

Primary duties include scheduling, caregiver communication, and collaboration with families, clinicians, and regional partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• 2+ years of experience in ABA, behavioral health, behavioral respite, direct support services, or related fields.
• Experience in scheduling, service coordination, or customer service in a phone-based environment (about 65% of duties).
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregiver coverage for clients with behavioral support needs and ensure continuous coverage.
• Serve as primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families with updates and high-quality communication.
• Review client assessments, BSPs, IPPs, and service requirements to support caregiver placement decisions.
• Participate in case management meetings and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor authorized service hours and staffing needs to support service utilization and onboarding of referrals.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and client updates in company systems.
