This is an open and continuous posting for full-time positions on multiple shifts throughout the Wrentham Developmental Center of the Southeastern Region of DDS. The position is based in Wrentham, MA with duties within the Evaluation and Stabilization Program (ESP) in the Southeast Region.
LPNs applying for this assignment must successfully complete the Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) within 6 months to be eligible for assignment. LPNs who are unable to complete the training will be ineligible.
The selected candidate must acquire and maintain PABC certification and have current CPR certification.
Some LPN positions may be assigned to locations requiring 24/7 nursing staff and may involve mandatory overtime when circumstances dictate.
This position is designated as an "EMERGENCY" position in the DDS Emergency Plan. When the Governor declares a state of emergency, you will be required to report to work.
All employees are paid bi-weekly and must have direct deposit.
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. DDS oversees a large budget, staff, and operations to support a broad range of services.

Education, licensure, and certifications will be verified in accordance with Hiring Guidelines.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: None. (See Special Requirements.)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
Salary placement is determined by experience and education in line with HR guidelines.
