Job summary

Building Connections Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and teens in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills while supporting families and tracking progress. The role offers part-time hours with potential to grow to full-time, competitive pay between $22 and $27 per hour, and paid training to earn your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Immunizations including MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hep B, and TB clearance within 4 years.

About the Role:

• Pay: $22 - $27/HR (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).
• Schedule: Part Time (with the potential to reach Full Time), weekdays 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

As a Behavior Interventionist at Building Connections Behavioral Health, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children and teens (ages 0-21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families every step of the way.
