Job summary

Building Connections Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and teens in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills, implement behavior support plans, track client progress, and collaborate with families to provide parent education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: RBT certification and experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

About the Role:

• Pay: $22 - $27/HR (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).
• Schedule: Part Time (with the potential to reach Full Time), weekdays 3:00pm – 6:00 pm.
• Start Dates: Multiple start dates, start when you're ready!

As a Behavior Interventionist at Building Connections Behavioral Health, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children and teens (ages 0–21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: RBT certification & experience with children on the autism spectrum (willingness to get RBT within 90 days).
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in a related field.
• Passion for helping children succeed and grow.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
