Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Behavioral Health Utilization/Benefit Management role in the United States. The position requires licensure in behavioral health or an RN with psychiatric specialty and 3 years of clinical practice, with 1 year EMR documentation experience.

You will coordinate care across levels of service, apply guidelines, and provide crisis support while collaborating with providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent Behavioral Health clinician (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPCC, LPAT, LPC) or RN with psychiatric specialty.
• 3 years clinical practice experience in behavioral health settings.
• 1 year Electronic Medical Record documentation experience.
• Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST with flexibility for additional hours, including occasional weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program.
• Assess appropriateness of treatment plans across levels of care and apply evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinate with providers to facilitate optimal care and manage referrals.
• Provide triage and crisis support and monitor patient outcomes.
• Identify at-risk members and promote integration with other programs and services.
