Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager with unit operations.

• Serve as an expert clinical resource for the team.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge flow.
• Lead changes and implement process improvements.
• Coach and support staff development.
• Assign shift-to-shift patient care tasks.
• Take on direct patient care assignments when needed.
