Job summary

White Earth Nation is seeking a Transportation Aide in Naytahwaush, MN to provide safe, reliable transport for Behavioral Health clients to appointments, treatment, court-related services, and cultural activities.

You will maintain confidentiality, follow safety protocols, and complete daily transportation logs while ensuring timely, respectful service in accordance with tribal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must complete and pass DHS/SSIS/STS background screening.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for Behavioral Health clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs daily for client trips and activities.
• Respond to emergencies and notify supervisor as required.
• Maintain professional boundaries during all client interactions.
• Know White Earth Reservation communities and travel routes to ensure timely arrivals.
