Job summary

Requirements include a 4-year degree with graduate degree (Masters, PsyD or PhD), LPC or LCSW licensure, and at least four years of experience; management preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year/bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree (Masters, PsyD or PhD) required.
• Minimum of 4 years of human-service related experience; management experience preferred.
• LPC or LCSW licensure required.
• Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Project coordinator and lead continuous quality and process improvement initiatives for Behavioral Health.
• Redesign processes to create timeliness, operational efficiencies, and tactical collaboration among Behavioral Health services.
• Direct allied health professional teams providing authorization of services, utilization review, and therapy in outpatient and community-based services.
