40Summary:
As a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC), you will provide therapeutic services to children and families at our neighborhood outpatient clinic. Your responsibilities include individual counseling, family therapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing psychoeducation to help children and their families manage acute and chronic medical and mental health conditions, promoting wellness and functional behaviors. You will collaborate with the patient's primary care physician and treatment team to advance the medical plan of care and work with various agencies to support the family's efforts in caring for their child. Our community-based clinics offer comprehensive wrap-around services for children from birth through adolescence. Our team includes pediatricians, clinical staff, administrative personnel, and family support staff working collaboratively to provide complete care at every stage of development.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
