Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy assessments and provide individual and group therapy for inpatient psychiatric adult, child, and adolescent patients
• Complete accurate documentation within required timeframes
• Cross-train according to credentials, licensure, scope of practice, and department needs
• Assess patient strengths and needs and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support other staff as needed
• Provide group and individual therapies in outpatient and acute settings as required
