You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings.

The role includes daily documentation, ongoing credentialing, and participation in safety and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• License, registration, and/or certification in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in mental health as listed (e.g., counseling, social work, or related field).
• Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to work with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conducts therapy assessments and individual and group therapy with inpatient psychiatric patients.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely.
• Cross-train as appropriate to credentials and scope of practice.
• Assesses patient strengths and needs and completes charges daily.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings and supports patient-focused care.
• Maintains daily therapy schedule and meets department productivity expectations.
• Provides group therapy in Outpatient Behavioral Health as needed.
• Works with a range of psychiatric diagnoses across age groups.
