Role Overview:

As a Behavioral Health Therapist (In-Home), you will offer counseling, therapy sessions, and coping strategies for seniors dealing with anxiety, depression, or life transitions. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic, personalized care that addresses both emotional and physical well‑being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.

What to Expect on the Job

Daily, you'll visit seniors in their homes to conduct personalized therapy sessions, design rehabilitation plans, train family caregivers on home exercise programs, and document progress. Each home environment gives you context for therapy design — turning real-life tasks into your treatment plan.
