Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.
• 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship is required.
• BLS and valid driver's license are required; LMFT/LMHC/LCSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as appropriate.
• Conduct case management and discharge planning with proper documentation.
• Utilize community resources and perform other duties as assigned.
