• Minimum 2 years clinical experience or 9 month internship.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Conducting case management activities, discharge planning and maintaining documentation.
• Providing therapeutic interventions and linking patients to community resources.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
