This full‑time, exempt role involves meeting with patients for psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with BLS and LMFT/LMHC/LCSW licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• BLS, Driver's License; LMFT/LMHC/LCSW licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to complete psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Conduct case management and discharge planning with proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
