Job summary

Eskenazi Health’s Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center East Clinic in Indianapolis seeks a Clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapies within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on recovery-oriented care for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, coordinating with psychiatry, nursing, and social work to address needs and promote stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or another related human services field required
• Active Indiana associate, temporary, or full clinical license corresponding with degree (e.g., LSW, LMHC, LMFTA)
• Plan to obtain clinical licensure within three years after hire
• Valid Indiana driver's license meeting Eskenazi Health policy requirements

Responsibilities

• Embrace Recovery Model and AIDET; follow accountability standards
• Complete biopsychosocial evaluation and develop treatment plans
• Manage caseload and coordinate with treatment team to meet needs
• Provide individual, family, and group evidence-based interventions
• Provide quality case management and monitor client progress
• Document activities and billing timely and accurately
• Identify community resources and connect clients to services
• Collaborate with external agencies through consultation and education
