Job summary

Guardian Recovery is seeking a licensed behavioral health therapist to provide group therapy and participate in treatment planning in our Texas facility.

The role collaborates with the treatment team to formulate Master Treatment Plans and coordinate discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care for clients across the treatment spectrum. The ideal candidate has a master’s or bachelor’s with relevant licensure and experience in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the behavioral health field.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy as ordered by the Clinical Director.
• Collaborate with Treatment Team in formulating the Master Treatment Plan.
• Assist in coordinating discharge planning.
• Work with the Treatment Team to monitor and adjust client progress.
