Job summary

Guardian Recovery in Denver is seeking a qualified therapist to provide group and individual therapy as part of a coordinated treatment team. You will help formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in discharge planning, while collaborating with physicians and therapists in a high-quality behavioral health program.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure or certification as specified, with at least two years of SUD/behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) with active license in good standing; LPC/LCSW/LMFT also acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in SUD/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Plan meetings.
• Facilitate group therapy and provide individual therapy.
• Document client progress in medical records and assist in discharge planning.
• Respond to psychiatric crises and medical emergencies as needed.
• Maintain client privacy and comply with GRNH, LLC policies.
