Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required or equivalent.
• CPI Training certification required.
• Must be able to travel to other facilities as needed.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy to help patients meet treatment goals.
• Completes initial and ongoing assessments and admission notes in progress notes.
• Maintains timely, legible documentation in DAIR format reflecting interventions and progress.
• Provides crisis intervention using CPI methods as part of the treatment team.
• Assists in discharge planning and coordination of care with the treatment team.
• Collaborates on development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
