Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide evidence‑based counseling and psychotherapeutic services under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services. The role involves helping clients resolve personal, social, vocational, intrapersonal, and interpersonal concerns and making referrals as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral science field and holds or is eligible for LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT licensure in Indiana

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW/LMHC/LC P/L MFT in Indiana or Tennessee.
• Minimum 3 years as a Behavioral Health Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client treatment plans with mutual goals.
• Adapt therapy to diverse populations and needs.
• Contribute to mission and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and relevant laws.
• Complete EMR documentation promptly.
