Responsibilities include:

• Providing Behavioral Health Therapy/Services for inpatients, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Designing and implementing individual treatment goals and interventions as an active member of the Treatment Team.
• Conducting individual and group therapy using modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• 1 year of experience in therapeutic activities with adult inpatient psychiatric populations or a combination of education and experience totaling 1-year direct patient contact with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Art, Dance/Movement, Music Therapy, or related fields, or 5 years of experience in Behavioral Health with a Bachelor's Degree in any other field (Required).
• Experience in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavior therapy (Preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: CTRS or ATR (Preferred).
