Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to deliver counseling services to individuals, families and groups, with a focus on senior and disabled adult populations.

In collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, you will conduct clinical assessments, design individualized plans of care, and lead engaging group sessions to support recovery, independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling/social work.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Clinical Therapy.
• Licensure required; LCSW or LPCC preferred; LMSW accepted with commitment to test within 1 year for LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions for senior and disabled adult populations.
• Conduct clinical assessments to design, implement, and adjust comprehensive individualized plans of care.
• Design and facilitate group therapy to enhance participant engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care and drive optimal patient health outcomes.
• Assist patients and families in navigating and accessing community resources and support services.
