Job summary

Community First Solutions seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health. You will assess, plan, and deliver SUD and MH treatment, including individual and group therapy, and coordinate with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.

You will work with a supportive team, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to recovery and wellness goals for clients across outpatient settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • License in LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT required.
  • Experience in Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment.
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required, internship considered.

Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive addiction and mental health assessments.
  • Provide group and individual treatment services for SUD/MH.
  • Maintain communication with referral sources promptly.
  • Participate in treatment planning and staff meetings.
  • Document client interactions timely and accurately.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • Support interdisciplinary team collaboration.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health treatment services for clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) needs. You’ll complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, person-centred care. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Compensation
  • Competitive salary, based on licensure
  • $3000 sign on bonus
Schedule
  • Full time, Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility on start and end times of day
  • One later evening required per week, until 7-8pm

Why We’ll Love You
  • You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • You are licensed as one of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT.
  • You bring experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment, with outpatient or intern experience considered.
  • You have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client rights, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.
  • You have knowledge and skills in working with co-occurring disorders.
  • You are comfortable completing assessments, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive addiction and mental health assessments
  • Participate in staff meetings and treatment planning review meetings.
  • Provide addiction and mental health treatment services, including groups and individuals
  • Maintain communication with referral sources in a timely manner.
  • Participate in therapeutic and psycho-educational interventions.
  • Meet productivity standards as established by the agency
  • Complete timely documentation of all client interactions
  • Maintain adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • Other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's Degree required

Licenses or other required certification:

One of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT required.

Experience:

Experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Treatment. Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required, we will consider intern experience. Must have strong clinical skills, a strong commitment to client rights, competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with clients, knowledge, and skills related to co-occurring disorders.
