Job summary

Avance Care is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join its collaborative team. The role combines telehealth and in-office appointments, with strong administrative support and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Psychological Associate).
• Able to work with a wide range of patients; children experience is a plus.
• Experience with ADHD brief screening is a plus.
• Technologically savvy; comfortable with EHRs and delivering services via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy via telehealth and in-office visits.
• Collaborate with a true integrated team of MDs, NPs/PAs, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and support staff.
• Participate in care coordination and scheduling processes to enhance access and efficiency.

Candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Must have an active license as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Psychological Associate, etc.)
• Candidate must be adept at working with a wide range of patients (experience with children is a plus)
• Experience with ADHD brief screening (and referring out for testing as warranted) is a plus
• Must be technologically savy and comfortable with using tools that expand access and expedite efficiency of services (e.g., using electronic health records, delivering services by telehealth modality, etc.)
