Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO, is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts at our newest inpatient rehab.

You will manage daily residential operations, support the BHT team, and help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment while ensuring compliance with facility policies.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (GED), CPR and a valid driver's license; if in recovery, at least one year of sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale in a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules and procedures.

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the second (3pm-11pm) and third (11pm-7pm) shift at our newest in-patient rehab in Ft. Collins, CO!

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
