Base pay range

$48,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Job Location and Program Description

The Willows at Red Oak Recovery (Fletcher, NC) is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville. We focus on clinical care for adult women with trauma, substance abuse, and mental health issues, utilizing research-supported modalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and staffing of clinical technicians
• Ensure staffing needs, ratios, and budget adherence
• Review and approve bi-weekly timecards
• Participate in daily program meetings
• Edit clinical growth materials and technician handbooks
• Encourage and review technician growth books
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all areas
• Participate in community meetings and client orientations
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality programming
• Facilitate staff trainings
• Assist with transports, client outfitting, and appointments
• Serve as primary responder as scheduled

Schedule Requirements

• Friday & Saturday: 7:00AM – 5:00PM
• Sunday & Monday: 12:00PM – 11:00PM

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in substance abuse or related Human Services field
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work
• CADC-I certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• CADC certification
