Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the day shift (7am-3pm) at our inpatient rehab.

You will manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, transportation, meals, and medications, while training and supporting the BHT team.

We seek a warm, empathetic, and disciplined individual who values recovery principles and helps maintain a safe, engaging environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues policies.

Behavioral Health Technicians for the day shift (7am-3pm) at our newest in-patient rehab in Ft. Collins, CO!

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For
