New Horizon Community Care (NHCC) is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support youth and adults through structured, therapeutic programs across Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, and Casa Grande. The role emphasizes safety, group facilitation, documentation, and crisis intervention within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with at‑risk youth or behavioral health populations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
• Ability to manage group dynamics in a structured environment.
• Willingness to learn crisis intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety
• Facilitate groups, activities, and skill-building sessions
• Support treatment goals and behavior plans
• Assist with documentation and case coordination
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Support academics (CHOICE)
• Participate in recreation and movement-based activities (Therapeutic Rec)
