Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on behavior patterns, skill acquisition, and progress to inform treatment plans.
• Support children during therapy sessions by encouraging participation and reinforcing positive behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to develop and modify individualized care plans and behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including medical records and progress notes.
• Foster a safe, engaging environment that promotes learning, socialization, and emotional well-being.

We need a SPANISH speaking tech for a 3.5 year old male and the schedule is: Mon - Fri. 4:00p. - 6:00p
