Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a residential or outpatient setting.
• Assist clients with daily activities and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Monitor client behavior and document observations accurately.
• Support therapeutic activities and group sessions as directed by clinical staff.
• Respond to crisis situations and follow established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support individualized treatment plans.
