Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a residential or outpatient setting.
Assist clients with daily activities and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Monitor client behavior and document observations accurately.

Respond to crisis situations and follow established protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support individualized treatment plans.
