Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist

Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)

Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our growing team. As a BHT, you will support our clinical staff and play a key role in the day-to-day care, safety, and encouragement of our clients on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the intake and orientation process for new clients
• Monitor and document client behavior and interactions
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe treatment environment, including crisis intervention when needed
• Facilitate or support client activities such as group lectures, recreation, and 12-step meetings
• Conduct routine bed checks and maintain shift logs
• Oversee medication lines and assist with medication distribution
• Transport clients to appointments, offsite meetings, or activities as needed
• Ensure adherence to program schedules and treatment goals
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to client care
• Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a residential care setting
