Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare across addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder services. This direct care position focuses on interacting with and supervising clients in residential and outpatient settings, supporting clinical and administrative teams to identify and meet client needs.

Shifts are PRN as needed: 1st 7:00am–3:00pm, 2nd 3:00pm–11:00pm, 3rd 11:00pm–7:00am. Pay starts at $15/hr before shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in Drug and Alcohol/ Mental Health settings preferred.
• Experience facilitating process groups and family sessions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake process with new clients into program.
• Communicate with staff via verbal or written logs; maintain detailed client logs.
• Listen to clients concerning all areas of treatment; maintain safe, therapeutic environment including crisis intervention.
• Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Mandatory bed checks; complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
• Ensure client schedule is followed daily.
• Follow objectives of treatment plans.
• Monitor medication line.
• Transport clients to meetings and recreation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary:

An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. Direct care position with a primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Assists in the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.
