High Plains Mental Health Center in Hays, Kansas seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to join our Crisis Intervention Center. This PRN, in-person role offers up to 28 hours per week with weekend shifts and occasional holidays.
Starting pay is $19–$22 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and shift differentials. You will provide direct care during crises, support patients emotionally, assist with daily living activities, and document progress to guide treatment.
